What is your return/refund policy?

We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction with virtually any of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with any item you've purchased from us, return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund! To obtain your refund, the product simply needs to be in its original condition, with its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt. Without the receipt, we will offer an exchange. Two exceptions, for health reasons: We cannot take back underwear that is not in its original package, unopened, and we cannot take back bathing suits.

What is your lowest prices! guaranteed policy?

We work very hard to make sure you get the best value for your dollar, everyday, checking our competitors and lowering our prices in the rare cases where we find we are not competitive on our everyday low price. To back that up, we promise that you won't pay less on an advertised product anywhere else. If you should find that another store in your area has the item at a lower advertised price, simply bring in the ad and we will gladly match it, PLUS we'll give you an extra 10% off for bringing it to our attention.

What is your in-stock guaranteed policy?

Few things are more frustrating than going to a store because you saw an item you wanted in one of their flyers, only to find it has none left. We don't like it either, and so we guarantee that if you see an item advertised, without any quantity limits, we'll have it in stock in sufficient quantities to meet anticipated demand. And if, due to extraordinary circumstances, we don't, we'll either offer you a similar item at the same price or, where applicable, a rain-check which allows you to purchase up to three units at the sale price, as soon as it becomes available.

What is your layaway policy?

In many of our stores, customers can have merchandise set aside for as long as 60 days. In order to do this, a minimum 10% deposit is mandatory and the layaway must be picked up within the agreed time period. To help us manage the increased demand for this service during the Christmas season, some added restrictions may apply. Please visit your local store for more information.

• Free merchandise (or manufacturer's Buy-One-Get-One-Free) coupons

The following requirements and limits are applicable:
• We only accepts coupons for merchandise we sell and only when presented at the time of purchase.
• We will not accept expired coupons.
• Internet coupons must be legible and as part of its original print, say "Manufacturer Coupon." There must be a valid remit address for the manufacturer and a scannable bar code.

I am having trouble opening your “How are we doing?” contest website. How do I get in to give my comments and enter to win a range of prizes?
