Regional Director of Operations- Western Canada

We currently have an opportunity available for a Regional Director of Operations-Western Canada to be part of our Operations team. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding profitability targets within the region by ensuring the consistent performance of Store Operations through the execution of Customer Commitment programs, Operations programs and compliance to policies and procedures while building District and Store Teams. You will manage the region's performance in the areas of sales, store contribution, hours, wages, shrink and customer satisfaction. You will also provide market insight and input into financial targets, maintain awareness of the competition and with the support of the VP of Operations proactively implement needed strategies. You will also be responsible for traveling weekly throughout the region and ensuring stores execution throughout the region is to standard, understand customer needs and to bring forward opportunities to better meet these needs. You will also be responsible for coaching, challenging, motivating, encouraging and providing constructive guidance to District and Store Manager teams.

You have a minimum of 8 years of retail management experience, a university degree in retail or business, superior relationship building, coaching and negotiation skills. Your adaptability to change is enhanced with your strong leadership competencies, strong business acumen, planning and analytical skills.
